A visit to this exhibition is like a journey through the history of balloon flying, during which you will be able to admire, for the first time in Italy, historical exhibits. A journey in an enchanting setting from the first flights, through the exciting stories of Julius Verne to the first magnificent flight organized by the Montgolfier brothers and to the present day. Among the various exhibits, valuable documents signed by the great aviators of the past will be on view, including Joseph Montgolfier’s original letter announcing a new attempt at human flight, dated November 17, 1783.

During the days dedicated to balloons (April 23-25, 2016) you will be able to take advantage of a unique opportunity – feel the thrill and soar in a balloon (not a flight, though)! For free!

To get to the park, it is best to take the train from Milan to Monza (20 minutes from Stazione Centrale or Stazione Porta Garibaldi) and then from the station take the Z221 bus

If you are commuting by car, you can stop at the paid parking lot at Porta Monza, on the Viale Brianza side.
