of the city gates included in the structure of Milan\u2019s Spanish walls. These walls were built in the 16th century to defend the city during Spanish rule. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>The Porta Tosa<\/strong>, which played a strategic role in providing access to the city, was located in the eastern part of these fortifications.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n<\/div><\/div>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">During the turbulent <strong>Five Days of Milan (Cinque Giornate), from March 18 to 22, 1848<\/strong>., this gate was a symbol of the first victory over the Austrian occupation, going down in the annals of history as \u201c<strong>Battle of Porta Tosa<\/strong>\u201c. It is also bordered to the east by Citt\u00e0 Studi, where Milan\u2019s main universities are located. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kontynuuj\u0105c <a href=\"https:\/\/mediolan.pl\/tag\/spacery\/\">spacer<\/a> w stron\u0119 peryferii dochodzi si\u0119 do Corso XXII Marzo, oraz alei Corsica i Forlanini, a\u017c do parku l&#8217;Idroscalo przy lotnisku Linate,. Plac Cinque Giornate, ponadto, jest punktem newralgicznym komunikacji miejskiej wzd\u0142u\u017c alei Premuda, Monte Nero, Bianca Maria i Regina Margherita, kt\u00f3re znajduj\u0105 si\u0119 na terenie ex Bastion\u00f3w.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Milan\u2019s Porta Vittoria district is home to several places of interest, from Art Nouveau-style buildings, museums and galleries to historic paths.
